Aluminum windows and doors

This is the largest group in the company performance table: plot-wide aluminum window and door packages for developers such as Vanke, Shimao, Jinke, Zhongliang, Kaisa, Country Garden, and Poly. Typical contracts cover fabrication and installation. Light wells and glass canopies appear when they are written into the same package, as on the Hefei Gangji Qingchuan Yayuan works.

Curtain walls

The qualification certificate lists professional contracting of building curtain wall works at Class 2. Recorded packages include the Huaibei Quanshan Road phase-1 window and curtain wall works, the Zhangjiagang Gongguan 1790 north plot curtain wall, the Changshu Yincheng Mall curtain wall with exterior insulation coating, and the Nanjing Liuhe plot-1 package of curtain wall, canopy, lines, grilles, skylight, aluminum windows, and unit doors.

Aluminum panel and stone cladding

Cladding packages in the performance table include the Changshu Shanghu plot entrance in aluminum panel and stone for Vanke, lobby aluminum panel on Zhangjiagang plot 2012-B54, aluminum panel decoration on Country Garden Lujiang Linhu Road phase 1, and exterior stone on building P1 of Country Garden Shucheng phase 3.

Steel skylights and canopies

Separate steelwork packages in the table are the skylight on Zhangjiagang plot 2011-B16 and the steel canopy at Country Garden Huangdai, Xiangcheng, Suzhou. Glass canopies and light wells are also named inside window contracts, including Hefei Gangji Qingchuan Yayuan. Skylights reappear inside the Nanjing Liuhe mixed facade package.

Entrances, gatehouses, and garage canopies

The Taicang Science and Education New City north-of-party-school works are split into a west plot and an east plot. The west package covers the gatehouse, unit entrance portals, and garage-entry canopies for Country Garden and Gemdale. The east package covers unit entrance portals and garage-entry canopies for Gemdale and Country Garden. A related package is the gatehouse aluminum panel and steel canopy at Country Garden Songnan, Baoshan, Shanghai. Unit doors also sit inside the Nanjing Liuhe facade contract.

Building decoration

The qualification certificate lists professional contracting of building decoration and fit-out works at Class 1, issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Anhui Province and valid through 15 November 2029. The company profile describes the business as windows and curtain walls plus building decoration. Exterior decoration already visible in the project table — aluminum panel, stone, and facade coating — is the public record. Interior fit-out scopes are contracted under the same qualification and are confirmed drawing by drawing.
