A door is not a window type
Unit doors need width, height, leaf count, closer, access control, and the wall they sit in. Putting them in a window schedule without those columns hides the hardware.
Who supplies the leaf
Say whether the door leaf, the frame, and the closer are in this package or in the fit-out package. The Class 1 decoration qualification can hold the interior side. The inquiry should pick one contract so the leaf is not bought twice.
Threshold and the finished floor
The unit door threshold has to meet the lobby floor and the exterior paving, which are often different levels. Write both levels. A door height taken only from the structural opening misses the finished floor.
