Stick or unitized curtain wall
The Class 2 qualification covers the contracting. The system is chosen against the structural grid and the site access.

Stick when the bays are erected in place
Stick walls are assembled from mullions, transoms, and glass on the building. They suit sequences where panels can be glazed from scaffolding or a cradle. Say if the podium and the tower are different systems.
Unitized when panels arrive glazed
Unitized panels are built in the shop and hung on anchors. They need a repeating grid and a place to stand the stillages. The draft on the product page names both systems and does not pick one for a plot.
Crane, cradle, and floor cycle
Unitized panels need a hoist path and a floor strong enough for stillages. Stick glazing needs a cradle or scaffold that reaches the bay after the frame is up. Say which one the site can actually provide before the system is chosen.
