Vision glass and spandrel on the same bay
A curtain-wall bay is not one sheet of glass. Spandrel, shadow box, or metal panel hides the slab edge.

Draw the horizontal joint at the slab
The architect’s elevation should show where vision glass stops and the spandrel starts. Fire stopping and insulation sit behind that line. If the drawing is still a single glass tone, the area cannot be split yet.
Metal infill is still curtain wall
Aluminum panel inside a curtain-wall grid is not the same contract line as a gatehouse cladding package, unless the agreement says so. Nanjing Liuhe lists the wall together with lines and grilles. Keep that distinction in the inquiry.
What sits behind the spandrel
Insulation, a vapour layer, and fire stopping at the slab edge are behind the spandrel, not inside the glass make-up. Name their thickness if the wall section exists. If the section is missing, the vision area can be counted and the spandrel area should stay provisional.
