Casement, tilt-turn, or sliding

The opening type belongs on the schedule. It changes the hardware, the frame, and the way the unit is installed.

Aluminum windows and doors

Supply and installation of aluminum windows and doors for residential plots, including louvers where the package calls for them.

One elevation can mix types

Residential plots in the performance table are whole-building packages, not one window type. A living-room slider and a bedroom casement can sit on the same floor. Mark each opening, including doors that travel with the window contract.

What the installer needs on site

Tilt-turn hardware needs a clear reveal and a finished sill. Sliding doors need a track level and a threshold decision before the frame is ordered. Write those constraints next to the opening type.

Screens, limiters, and night vents

A limiter or a night-vent position is hardware, not a note in the margin. Say whether an insect screen is in the same frame or a separate leaf. Sliding screens need a track that the threshold drawing already shows.
