What the fit-out bill should list
A fit-out inquiry without a bill becomes a description of a photograph. The bill is the contract.

Related scope
Building decoration
Class 1 professional contracting for building decoration and fit-out, beside the facade works in the project list.
Group by room and by trade
Floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and sanitary rooms should be separate headings inside each room. Exterior coating should not sit in the lobby bill. The performance table already separates exterior stone and panel from window rows.
Provisional sums stay named
If a stone or a sanitary fitting is not chosen, keep a named provisional sum. Do not replace it with a quality adjective. When the choice is made, the sum is replaced by a product, not by a new slogan.
Units that cannot be mixed
Area, length, and number are different units. Skirting is a length, a door is a number, and a floor is an area. A bill that prices all three per square metre cannot be checked. Keep the unit in the heading of each line.
