Exterior work already in the table
Aluminum panel, stone, and exterior coating are the decoration the performance table actually names. Those packages are the public record. They are not a catalogue of interior room sets.
Interior work is drawing-led
Lobbies, corridors, and other public rooms are contracted under the same qualification when the drawings and the bill exist. There is no standard apartment finish published on this site.
What the qualification does not include by itself
Class 1 decoration does not, by itself, include loose furniture, a signage identity, or another firm’s design copyright. Those stay out unless the bill names them. The certificate date and the Class 2 curtain-wall line remain separate facts.
